We know that doing something new or you’re unsure about can sometimes be a little daunting. We want to make getting in touch with us as simple & easy to do as possible. To help with that we want to guide you through what exactly will happen when you decide to get in touch with us to help with your pets care. From your initial enquiry to starting services with Ollie’s Petcare, let us walk you through the process and steps to make it all just a little bit less worrying & stressful!
Your Initial Enquiry
This is the first time you get in touch with us. 🙂 There are a number of ways to do so, whichever suits you best; by email, mobile, contact form or through our social media channels. Why not send us a message now and get started on your pet care journey!
We've Received Your Enquiry!
When we receive & read your enquiry we will look at all the details you provided us including your location, service requested and the dates needed. We will then look at our current schedule for those requirements and determine if we have availability.
We'll Reply to Your Enquiry!
Once we've checked our availability then we will send you an initial reply - usually within 48 hours. This will say one of three things: (i) yes we can help and we'll provide more details; (ii) sorry, but we've no availability and we'll keep your details in case that changes; (iii) we need more information before we can help with your enquiry.
Meet & Greet + More Details
Once you're happy with the services offered, then we will send you a link to complete a profile form about you & your pet. This helps us get to know you both a little bit better and quickly. We will then arrange a 'meet & greet' with both of you, in your home at a suitable date & time.
Schedules & Start of Services
After the meet & greet and everyone is happy to proceed we will then schedule services to start as discussed. We will provide your booking confirmation by email along will payment details and any other information that is required.
